OVERVIEW

Course Overview
This course is designed to provide learners with an increased understanding of wellbeing in the workplace for themselves, adopt simple strategies to take care of their wellbeing at work.  The facilitator will provide an insight into factors affecting wellbeing in the workplace, providing the learners with practical tips on improving their wellbeing while at work. At the end of the workshop, learners will be provided with a self-assessment wellbeing audit. This will help them transfer wellbeing strategies when they return to the workplace.

Duration of courses can be adapted to suit your business needs.
