Course Overview
This course is designed to provide learners with an increased understanding of the role of the Hiring Manager in recruitment.

Learners will gain an understanding of the requirement for a robust recruitment and selection process, and the need to structure an interview to ensure success. The course will focus on interview preparation, structuring the interview itself and best practice questioning techniques.

Duration of courses can be adapted to suit your business needs.

COURSE OUTLINE

This course will be delivered virtually, and we will be interactive enabling the learner to gain new skills by developing their questioning skills, understanding the STAR approach to interviewing, and best practice interview structure.
